PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

TRIBE & CO respects users' concerns regarding the confidentiality of personal details and information provided.

TRIBE & CO ensures compliance with CNIL-related obligations.

As head of processing under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004 and the European directive of 24 October 1995 (hereafter, the ‘Data Protection Act’) TRIBE & CO is likely to collect the personal data (surnames, first names, contact details...) or non-nominative (preferences, favorite information...) during the user's visits on his website (hereafter ‘website’) and his application (hereafter ‘the application’), in order to be able to identify it, to offer personalised services or to improve the website and to be receptive.

The user is informed that this automated data processing is reported to the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL).


1- Recipients of collected data

TRIBE & CO is the recipient of the data.

In any case, TRIBE & CO transmits the user's personal data to a third party only when:

Through the website, TRIBE & CO collects user’s data which t is strictly necessary for the following purposes:

TRIBE & CO has endeavored to put in place all necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data processed and prevent it from being distorted, damaged, destroyed or unauthorized third parties have access to it.

However, TRIBE & CO does not control all the risks related to the functioning of the Internet and draws the attention of users of the existence of possible risks inherent to its use and operation.


4- User rights

The user is informed that he/she has the right to access, update, …, in accordance with Information technology and freedoms Act, at any time youn right of access, update, rectification and deletion of his personal data by sending a request (indicating precisely the purpose of his request) via the Internet to the following address : contact@tribeand.co or by mail to the following address: TRIBE & CO -Service Department Administrative – 77 Rue Charlot 75003 ParisThat The TRIBE & CO undertakes to process within a period of fifteen days.

The user is informed that he/she has the right, according to the law of Data Protection, at any time to oppose, for legitimate reasons, that personal data concerning him/ her is the subject of a treatment.


5- COOKIES, NAVIGATION data and location

While accessing the website, and after acceptation of the pursuit navigation by the user, a cookie can be installed and stored for a maximum of 13 months memory or on the user's hard drive to facilitate the navigation. A cookie does not identify (what?) but is an element that is used to save information about navigation on the website (the pages viewed, the date and time of the consultation, etc.). 

Cookies issued allow:

  • to facilitate the navigation experience on the website, to improve the interest and the ergonomics of the services consulted on the website, and to adapt the presentation of the website;

6- Social networks

The website uses social networks plug-ins, including Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter ‘Social Network(s)).

If a user interacts by means of plug-ins, for example by clicking the ‘like’ or ‘share’ button, the information related to his/her navigation on the website will be transmitted and saved on a server of the company operating the social network considered and shared according to the parameters of the account of the user of this social network, in accordance with the terms of use of the social network concerned.  

If a user does not wish a social network to link the information collected through the website to the user account of the social network concerned, he/she will have to disconnect from the social network concerned before visiting the website. 

In any case, the use of these plug-ins or buttons is operated by these social networks and is exclusively regulated by the conditions linking the user to the social network of which he is a member.
